  • We are located at 88 E San Carlos Street, San Jose, CA 95112. You are just one block from San José State University and minutes from downtown San Jose.

  • We offer thirteen unique 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom fully furnished apartments. Whether you want your own place or want to split costs with a group of friends, we have a layout that works for you. View all floor plans here.

  • Yes, every apartment comes fully furnished. Show up, unpack your bags, and you're home. No furniture shopping required.

  • You get access to a resort-style pool with spa and cabanas, a 24-hour fitness center with spin and yoga studios, a landscaped amenity deck with BBQs and sports courts, a penthouse sky deck, an academic study center, and study lounges on every floor. View all amenities here.

  • Yes. The Grad offers by-the-bed leasing with individual leases, so you're only responsible for your own bedroom and bathroom, not your roommates' portions of rent.

  • We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed on Sundays.
